PAYMENT POLICY

Worldwide shipping: We ship to 220+ destinations across the world. You can check the shipping eligibility in your city/country at the time of the order checkout.

Prepaid & COD orders: Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order you can mail your cancellation request to us at connect@nitnaya.com or you can call us on our customer support number, +91-9785517575 from Monday to Saturday. (10:00 am till 6:00 pm)

Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders. Please note that we offer the Cash on Delivery option for a maximum of ₹10,000 total order value.
For orders outside India, we only offer prepaid payment options and accept all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards along with recognized payment gateways such as PayPal and PayU.

Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only once on our official website and within 3 months from the date of issue.
